» Loyalty to State and Obedience to Constitution

Pervez Musharraf like any other ordinary citizen of Pakistan remains duty bound to remain loyal to State and obedient to Constitution and Law. The constitutional command under article 5 (1) (2) demands of every citizen wherever he may be and of every other person for the time being within Pakistan to remain loyal to State, and obedient to Constitution and Law.

After dominating the Baloch political scene for 50 years the 79 year old Nawab Akbar Khan Bugti leader of the Bugti tribe was killed by the state in a military operation on Saturday 27 August 2006. Musharraf has said that "Whoever wants to harm Pakistan nationally or internationally would have to fight with me first". He reiterated on Monday 28 August that elements trying to inflict harm to Pakistan in general and development of Balochistan in particular will be dealt with an iron hand.

According to, the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL), which is helping to support and coordinate the operations the Israeli Army, has started its withdrawal from Lebanese territory and the Lebanese Army has begun deploying troops south of the Litani River.

Pakistan has borrowed loan under reference 2153 PAK for THE MULTI SECTOR REHABILITATION AND IMPROVEMENT PROJECT FOR AZAD JAMMU AND KASHMIR from The Asian Development Bank (ADB). The proposed Project will be carried out in Azad Jammu and Kashmir, an area which forms part of a disputed State.

Maharaj of Kashmir in his disputed instrument of accession asked India to send its military to defend side by side with the security forces of Jammu and Kashmir - 'life', 'honour' and 'property'. Pakistan places its reliance on 'Trust Obligations' under UNCIP resolutions for her foothold in Azad Kashmir and supports right of self-determination. It involves securing the life of a human person.
