» After the water turns to blood at Qana, how long?

Children normally pray brief and sweet prayers before they go to bed. Friday evening, my seven-year-old daughter, a Lebanese, and her four-year-old cousin, an American, stood side by side, stretched up their hands, and prayed. It was neither a prayer to keep them safe during the night nor was it a prayer to bless Dad and Mom. It was not even addressed to God or Jesus, as prayers usually are.

Right of self determination is a right bestowed to nations that they can determine their future. This right if properly used helps to end colonialism, and encourage other oppressed nations to continue their struggle for national emancipation. In other word this is anti imperial and anti oppression; and countries with colonial mind - set do not like this right.

The southern Lebanese town of Qana is known for two events in history, and there could soon be a third as news comes in of rising civilian casualties from an Israeli air strike there. In realms of biblical narrative, some believe it to be the scene of Jesus Christ's first miracle, turning water into wine during the wedding at Cana of Galilee.

More than 50% of online images of child abuse reported to an internet watchdog can be traced to the US, a report says. Investigations by the Internet Watch Foundation (IWF) found nearly 2,500 US sites containing illegal images.

More than 2.4 million Kashmiri voters on the Pakistani side of Jammu and Kashmir, 12,86016 male voters, and 11,33517 female voters, in 29 constituencies of AJK areas and 12 seats of Jammu & Kashmir refugees residing in various provinces of Pakistan exercised their right of vote in the eighth AJK Legislative Assembly Elections on 11 July 2006 to elect 41 legislatures for five years. The General Elections of the AJK Legislative Assembly are held after every five year according to the AJK Act 1974.
